Setup PuTTY to connect to your Lightsail instance

I have spinned off a Lightsail instance for some times. All this while I am using the default browser-based SSH client.
Recently I switched to use PUTTY on a Windows machine. Here are the steps to set it up. The prerequisites are you should have the PUTTY installed and you know the public IP of the Lightsail instance.
